Our mission is to take the confusion out of the cesspool of information that is being given regarding debt settlement, debt management, credit counseling and other debt relief services. These words are constantly being explained or interpreted improperly, often leading the person in debt into bad decisions as to how they should handle their delicate financial circumstance. Bad decisions can make your situation worse.

Credit Rights is a service bureau dedicated to provide people challenged with unsecured debt with accurate and honest information. We are not a debt settlement company. What we do is let you explain your circumstances and then educate you on your options as provided by federal and state laws. We will let you know whether you belong in a management or settlement program or, if necessary, suggest that you see a bankruptcy attorney. Maybe you don’t need to do anything at all, if so we will let you know that too.
